By creating an account and using the ROYALS platform as a rider, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Anneshy ROYALS Inc. ("ROYALS") operates a technology platform that connects riders with independent driver-partners through the ROYALS mobile application and associated websites. ROYALS is a technology company — not a transportation company. Transportation services are provided by independent drivers, not by ROYALS.
To use ROYALS as a rider, you must:
By creating an account, you represent that you meet all eligibility requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@anneshyroyals.com.
You may not create an account on behalf of another person or share your account with others.
You may request a ride through the app at any time. When a driver accepts, you will receive confirmation with the driver's name, vehicle details, and estimated arrival time.
You may book rides in advance for a specific date and time. Your fare is authorized (held) on your payment method at booking and charged when the trip completes.
Fare estimates are provided before you confirm a booking. Final fares are based on actual distance, time, and any applicable gratuity and taxes. Actual fares may differ from estimates due to route changes, traffic, or other factors.
You must have a valid payment method on file to book rides. We accept major credit and debit cards processed through Stripe. Your card details are stored securely by Stripe — ROYALS does not store full card numbers.
Promotional credits and gift card balances are applied automatically before charging your payment card. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded unless required by law.
You may load funds onto your ROYALS account balance. Loaded funds are deducted before charging your payment card. Account balances are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Refunds are processed at ROYALS's discretion. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 7 days at support@anneshyroyals.com.
You agree to behave respectfully toward drivers and other users. The following are prohibited:
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent termination. You may also be required to pay for any damage caused to a driver's vehicle.
After each trip, drivers may rate riders. Your rider rating affects whether drivers choose to accept your requests. Consistently low ratings may result in account suspension.

ROYALS provides technology that connects you with independent drivers. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of ROYALS. ROYALS does not provide transportation services directly and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any driver.
Each driver carries their own commercial auto insurance. ROYALS does not provide insurance for riders or drivers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ROYALS's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to ROYALS in the 6 months preceding the claim.
ROYALS is not liable for:
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration in San Francisco County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. This arbitration clause does not apply to claims for emergency injunctive relief.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
